Recovery and Muscle Support

The products people reach for after training rather than before it. Two salves, a whipped butter, a high-content capsule, the strongest oil in the range and two sets assembled around an active week. Organic hemp, food-grade ingredients, independently tested batch by batch.

Not All Recovery Products Are Created Equal

This page is arranged around a point in a week rather than around a promise, and saying so in the first paragraph is better than letting you work it out. A hemp product marketed as doing something to muscles or joints is making a medicinal claim in Britain, which turns it into a medicine requiring authorisation. A great deal of what this search returns ignores that. What is here is a description of the products and when people use them, which is duller and rather more durable.

The contents are the heavier end of the topical range and the higher end of the internal one. The salves are dense, built on oil and wax, and hold their position rather than migrating. Mint Muscle Salve is the same construction with mint through it, in a 30ml size chosen for larger areas. The Body Butter covers more ground again for less effort. Internally, the 200mg RAW capsules and the 3000mg oil are the highest-content products in their respective formats.

All of it comes from hemp grown on our own certified organic ground, extracted with CO2 in our own facility, with batch certificates published by number. None of it is a specialist sports formulation, because we do not make one. These are simply the products from the standard range that people who train tend to accumulate, gathered so you are not assembling the list yourself from four different category pages.

What Are Recovery Products

Recovery here covers two different sorts of product. It is either a topical dense enough to cover a large area and stay where it lands, or an internal product sitting at the higher-content end of its format. Both of those describe what a product is rather than what it does, and that distinction is the spine of the whole page.

The topicals are oil and wax rather than emulsions, which is why they feel weightier than a sports gel and want a moment of working in. Cannabidiol dissolves in fat, so an oil base carries it without an emulsifier system, and applied to skin the cannabinoids act in the area where they were applied rather than travelling anywhere. That local action is the structural difference between the topical half of this page and the internal half.

On the internal side, the gap between a 200mg capsule and a 3000mg oil is convenience against control rather than strength against weakness. A capsule settles the quantity. An oil hands it to you and lets you move it. Both are full spectrum, both come from the same crop, and neither carries an instruction about how much to take, because that sits between you, the label and anyone qualified to give an opinion.

What Can Recovery Products Be Used For?

Sorted by where it goes and how much you are covering. Everything here describes format and coverage rather than making a statement about muscles, joints or anything else.

If you are looking for something to address pain or an injury, this is not that page and no compliant page is. That belongs with a doctor or a physiotherapist rather than with a shop.

  • After Training: Mint Muscle Salve comes in 30ml with mint through it, sized for the larger muscle groups rather than for a knuckle.
  • Somewhere Particular: The standard Salve is the densest formula in the range and does not travel, which is why it tends to live near hands, feet and elbows.
  • A Larger Area: Body Butter comes in 30ml and 100ml and covers considerably more skin than a salve for the same amount of work.
  • Internal, At Content: 200mg RAW CBD Capsules and CBD Oil 3000mg are the highest-content products in their formats, for people whose routine is already settled.
  • A Whole Week: Active Energy Ritual gathers several of these together and The Active Reset is the current three-product version of the same idea.

If you would rather shop by product type than by occasion, the topicals collection holds every salve and butter and the oils collection holds the internal range.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is actually in this collection?

Denser topicals and higher-content internal products, pulled out of the standard range and grouped around an active week. Nothing here was formulated specifically for sport, because we make no such range, and saying that seems better than implying otherwise.

What separates the two salves?

Size and mint. There are two sizes of the standard Salve, 10ml carrying 250mg and 30ml carrying 750mg. Mint Muscle Salve is 30ml with mint worked through the same sort of base. How much area you are covering, and whether mint appeals, decides it.

Topical or internal?

Different things rather than competing ones, and plenty of customers keep one of each. A topical works in the area it is applied. Anything swallowed does not behave that way at all.

Is a body butter not too rich for this?

It is the richest formula we make, which is exactly why it covers a back or a whole leg more easily than a salve would. Use less than instinct suggests and let it work in.

Are these suitable for vegans?

Beeswax goes into both salves, so those are not. Everything else, the butter, the capsules and the oil, is plant-based. Full ingredient lists sit on each product page.

Why is the base oil rather than gel?

Because cannabidiol is fat-soluble and moves through oils and butters without assistance. A water-based gel needs an emulsifier system holding two phases together, which brings in ingredients that exist purely to stop the thing splitting.

Does a topical reach the bloodstream?

Skin is built to keep things out. Cannabinoids applied to it act locally rather than entering general circulation in the way something swallowed does, which is why a topical and an oil are not substitutes for one another.

What does RAW mean on the capsules?

That no heat was applied after extraction, so CBDa is present alongside CBD in the acid form a living plant produces. It describes a process, and the certificate lists both compounds separately.

Why batch test a topical?

Because the extract inside it is the one that also goes into products people swallow. British cosmetics rules do not ask for testing at this level, so this exceeds the requirement rather than answering it.

Do these contain THC?

Every full spectrum product here states less than 0.2%. Bear in mind that a percentage describes a proportion, and British rules on controlled cannabinoids count what a container holds rather than what share of it they represent.

Could these affect a drug test?

The internal full spectrum products carry trace THC and a positive result cannot be excluded, particularly with regular use at high content. Topical use is the lowest risk route. Anyone tested in competition or at work should look at the THC-free collection instead.

Is cannabidiol permitted in sport?

The World Anti-Doping Agency removed cannabidiol from its prohibited list while other cannabinoids, THC among them, remain on it. A full spectrum product contains trace THC. That is the whole of what we will say, and any competing athlete should ask their own governing body rather than a shop.

Are hemp topicals medicines?

Not while they are sold as cosmetics. A topical presented as affecting the body becomes a medicinal product requiring authorisation, and that is the boundary this page exists to respect.

Which salve size?

The 10ml for something small or for trying the texture, the 30ml for a limb. Mint Muscle Salve comes only in 30ml, which tells you what it was built for.

Will a salve survive a kit bag?

Oil and wax soften in heat and set again as they cool. The product is unaffected even where the surface no longer looks new. A car in a warm spell is the worst place to leave one.

Can a topical and an oil share a subscription?

Yes, on one schedule with the repeat saving applied. Most people set a longer interval for the topical, since a jar outlasts a bottle of drops by a wide margin.

What if the texture is wrong for me?

Thirty days, opened products included. Texture is nearly impossible to judge from a photograph, so if a salve turns out denser than you wanted, say so.
