CBD Wholesale

The hemp extract we produce can be divided into three categories, depending on the process the product has undergone. The different types of extract offer various benefits that can help in multiple ways.

CO2 extraction method (first extraction)

We extract the hemp using the CO2 extraction method, which results in an extract with a paste-like consistency. The extract from the first extraction is a golden-brown paste. The CBD and CBDa content in the extract can range from 3% to 30%. As a standard, we offer extract with 7% CBD or 7% Raw (CBD+CBDa).

The reason we use 7% as our standard is that it ensures the THC content remains below 0.2%, while also making it easier to produce large quantities of a consistent product. If you require a product with specific characteristics, please inform us of your specifications, as it is possible to adjust the CBD or CBDa percentage to a higher level. Cold-Filtered Extract

The extract contains many waxes, giving the product a paste-like consistency. To remove the wax, there are two different filtration options. In the following we will focus on the first one:

Cold Filtration

During cold filtration, we work at low temperatures to remove one type of wax from the initial extract. The result is a looser extract with lower viscosity, which we call cold-filtered CBD extract.

Due to its lower viscosity, the product becomes more fluid and, therefore, easier to mix with other products. The cold-filtered CBD extract varies in CBD and CBDa content from 10% to 50%. Our standard product contains 20% CBD or 20% Raw (CBD+CBDa). If you require a specific product, please do not hesitate to inform us of your specifications. We are happy to adjust the CBD and CBDa percentages as needed.

Heat-Filtered Extract “Golden CBD Oil”

In this process, we work with higher temperatures to remove another type of wax from the cold-filtered CBD extract. This results in an even looser extract with lower viscosity, which we call heat-filtered CBD extract or “Golden Oil.”

The viscosity is lower than the initial CBD extraction but higher than the cold-filtered CBD extract. The texture is similar to coconut oil, becoming liquid at higher temperatures and solidifying when the temperature drops below 20°C.

The heat-filtered CBD extract can vary in CBD and CBDa content from 10% to 50%. As a standard, we provide 20% CBD or 20% Raw (CBD+CBDa). If you have specific requirements for this type of product, please let us know, as it is possible to adjust the CBD or CBDa percentage to meet your needs.

99% CBD (Ren CBD)
