Endoca wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Endoca does not take any responsibilities regarding country specific legal situations or provide legal advice. Please inform yourself about the legal status in your country, as we cannot guarantee delivery. Contact the local authority to verify that we can ship to your country.
For bank wire payments, please remember to state your order number or contact person, otherwise the delivery time will be prolonged since we have to match the orders.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from receiving it. You will receive a refund within 14 days from when we receive the item at Endoca. You have to send an email to email@example.com and only after receiving a confirmation mail for the return, you can return the products. The address where the product has to be returned to, will be communicated in this email. Items should be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. Please enclose relevant bank and account information. And please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Costs associated with payment and delivery processing are covered by the customer.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48hrs of receipt. We are selling our products as containing cannabidiol. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing cannabidiol. If you have questions about this product, please contact our customer service team at prior to purchase.

2) By placing an order at Endoca you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you. All products on the website are legally permitted in the Netherlands. It’s your responsibility to know the rules and applicable customs regulations that exist in your country.
3) Endoca.com does not guarantee in any way that the products available on this website are valid or legal / permitted outside of the Netherlands.

At Endoca we work hard to ensure that our customers are happy with our services. However, should you be dissatisfied with our services and the matter cannot be resolved with our Customer Service, please submit your dispute via the ODR-platform. The ODR-platform The European Commission provides a platform for online out-of- court resolution of disputes (known as the ODR-platform). The ODR platform is the single point of entry for out-of- court disputes resulting from online sales and service contracts. You can access the ODR-platform via the link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Your dispute will then be submitted to the competent dispute resolution center.
Endoca respects your privacy. We handle your personal information in a respectful manner. We are responsible for all personal information given to us by you, such as name, address, and other obligatory information needed when registering as well as ordering at Endoca. Endoca will not pass any of your personal information to third parties.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified by the individual that placed the order. If one or more of the items you have ordered are unavailable at the time of order, we will not be able to process your request and will complete a full refund. We will inform you immediately by email if this should be the case. Endoca ships with regular post and UPS. International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country.
Endoca products are legal in most locations. It is your responsibility as a consumer to know your local laws and regulations before ordering. There are currently many other countries that allow hemp-based products to be marketed and sold. Contact the local authority to verify that we can ship to your country. If you live in Denmark contact sundhedsstyrelsen in order to obtain a permit to buy this product.
All orders shipped within the USA will come from Washington state, orders shipped to the rest of the world will be sent from the EU. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours unless otherwise stated (USA- M-F 8-2 PST, International- 8-5 CST, excluding most major holidays.)
Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
We ship via UPS or local post.
How long before you get your package?
For all orders shipping within the USA, standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. We do offer expedited shipping options, which include: Overnight (1-business day,) 2-business days, 3-business days, and 3-5 business days (standard.) Orders need to be placed Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm PST for the order to ship the same day. All orders placed after 2:00pm PST M-F or on weekends (Sat. & Sun.) will ship the following business day. We ship with UPS or USPS. For orders going to PO Boxes, we use USPS and expedited shipping options are not available.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA:
For all orders shipping outside of the USA, your order will come from the EU. We process orders within 48 hours from the order being submitted, unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays. We ship using the standard UPS shipping method
We ship worldwide but some countries have import regulations that delay the transportation of hemp based products. We hope that soon all the world will learn about hemp solutions, meanwhile we will notify you immediately if an inspection from your postal service or customs delays your package.
To Greece it takes about 10 days for product to arrive. With express shipping – 2 days.
Norway, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Greenland, New Zealand, Thailand, Russia – please allow about 3-4 weeks additional delivery time because of increased security measures at border crossing points.
This agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nedelands, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
