New to CBD? This is where to start. Endoca CBD for beginners brings together our lowest strengths: three 3% oils at about 1mg per drop, and two 10mg capsules that fix the amount for you. Every product states its mg per serving, and every batch has a published lab report.
Most people’s first CBD purchase goes wrong in one of two ways. The bottle is far stronger than they needed, or the label makes it impossible to tell what one serving holds. Both are easy to avoid. Start low, and buy from a brand that prints the mg per drop or per capsule. A bottle that only shows its total, say 900mg, tells you what the whole container holds and nothing about a single drop. The per-serving figure is the one that lets you compare two products honestly, and good CBD for beginners puts it where you can see it.
That is what this page is for. Our 3% oils give about 1mg of CBD per drop, so the drop count is the mg count. Our 10mg capsules fix the amount completely. Either way, you always know what you are taking, and you can move up when you are ready. A 10ml bottle at 3% holds 300mg across roughly three hundred drops, and the 30ml bottle holds 900mg at the same strength, so the bigger bottle lasts longer without being any stronger. Moving up later is simple. Starting too high and coming back down is what tends to put people off.
We grow the hemp, extract it with supercritical CO2 and make every product ourselves, as we have since 2010. CO2 extraction leaves no solvent behind in the extract. Every batch goes to an independent lab, and the certificate is published by batch number. It lists the full cannabinoid profile, so you can check the CBD figure against the label, and adds screens for heavy metals, pesticides and microbial contamination. The low strengths come from the same crop, the same extraction and the same testing as our strongest bottles. Choosing CBD for beginners should not mean choosing a lesser product.

CBD for beginners is not a different kind of CBD. It is the same full spectrum hemp extract at the lowest strengths we make, in formats that make the amount easy to see. Three numbers sit on every label, and it helps to know which is which. The percentage is the concentration. The mg per drop or per capsule is what one serving holds. The total on the front, 300mg or 900mg for our oils, is the whole bottle. For a first purchase, the middle number is the one to read.
The main choice is oil or capsule. An oil lets you adjust drop by drop, which suits people who want to find their own level. A capsule gives the same amount every time, which suits people who would rather not measure anything. The honest trade-off is taste against control. Oil held under the tongue tastes of hemp, green and slightly bitter, and the drop count takes a little attention. A capsule has no taste and nothing to count, but it only moves in steps of 10mg. Our 10mg capsules come in packs of 30 or 120.
The RAW oil and RAW capsules have never been heated, so they keep CBDa, the form the plant makes, alongside CBD. The regular versions are heated, which turns CBDa into CBD. Neither is the stronger choice, since both carry about the same mg per serving. CBD is not intoxicating, and these products state less than 0.2% THC, with the chocolate mint oil made to 0.0%. If you are tested for drugs at work, our THC free CBD page is worth a look first. If you take any prescription medication, speak to your doctor before you start.
This page is for one job: making your first purchase simple.
We sort the five by preference here, describing formats and situations rather than outcomes. How much to take is on the label and in our dosage guide.

A low strength with a clear mg per serving. Our 3% oils give about 1mg per drop, and our capsules hold 10mg each. Which suits you depends mostly on whether you want to adjust the amount yourself or never think about it.
Oil if you want to adjust gradually. Capsules if you want the same amount every time with no taste. Oil gives finer control, about one milligram at a time, while a capsule only moves in steps of 10mg.
We will not give you a number, because it depends on you. Start low, read the label, and use our dosage guide. If you take prescription medication, talk to your doctor before you settle on anything.
Three figures: the percentage, the mg per drop or capsule, and the total in the bottle. The middle one tells you what a serving holds. Then check for a batch number, so you can find the matching lab certificate.
Only in strength. The hemp, the CO2 extraction and the batch testing are the same as for our strongest oils. A 3% bottle simply holds less CBD per drop, which makes small amounts easier to count.
RAW is never heated, so it keeps CBDa, the form the plant makes. The regular versions have been heated, which turns CBDa into CBD. Our beginner range has both, at the same strengths, as an oil and as a capsule, so the choice comes down to preference.
The 10ml bottle, holding 300mg at 3%, is the smaller commitment. The 30ml bottle holds 900mg at the same strength, so it lasts about three times as long but is not any stronger per drop.
Yes. The Starter Pack bundles a small selection across formats. It is a separate product rather than part of this collection, and it suits anyone who would rather try more than one format before choosing.
The full spectrum oils and capsules carry trace THC under 0.2%, so a positive result is possible, and taking them often makes it more likely. The chocolate mint oil is made to 0.0% THC. If you are tested at work, look at the THC free range before you buy.
