CBD Isolate Crystals

Endoca CBD isolate is cannabidiol on its own, refined to 99% purity from the same organically grown hemp as the rest of the range. No THC, no terpenes and no hemp taste, which makes it the one product here you can add to anything without changing how it tastes.

What Is CBD Isolate

CBD isolate is cannabidiol separated from everything else the hemp plant produced. At 99% purity there are no terpenes left, no minor cannabinoids and no THC, so what you hold is a fine white crystalline powder that smells of nothing. People also call it CBD crystals, CBD powder or crystalline CBD, and all four names describe the same material.

It is made by refining a full spectrum extract rather than by growing anything different. The crude extract is winterised in cold alcohol so the waxes and lipids drop out, filtered, then crystallised. Each pass strips more of the plant away. The step that removes THC is the same step that removes the terpenes, which is worth knowing, because the purity people want and the entourage effect people talk about pull in opposite directions and you cannot have both in one product.

That is why we make it and also why we do not push it. Full spectrum oil keeps the plant more or less as it grew, and most of our customers choose it. Isolate exists for people who need a zero-THC option or who want a neutral ingredient to build with. It dissolves into oils and butters, folds into food, and disappears into a drink without leaving the green note that gives full spectrum away.

What Can CBD Isolate Be Used For?

Isolate is the most flexible thing we sell and the least prescriptive. It is an ingredient rather than a finished routine, so what it is for depends mostly on what you intend to put it in.

Because it has no taste and no smell, it goes into things that full spectrum extract would dominate. That is the whole appeal.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CBD isolate?

It is cannabidiol refined away from everything else in the hemp plant, sold as a white crystalline powder at 99% purity. No THC, no terpenes, no minor cannabinoids and no taste. Endoca isolate is refined from our own organically grown hemp rather than bought in as finished powder.

Are CBD isolate and CBD crystals the same thing?

Yes. Crystals, isolate, powder and crystalline CBD all describe the same 99% refined material. The naming varies by market rather than by product, which is why the same thing is listed under four names across the industry.

How do I use CBD isolate?

Most people weigh it and dissolve it into a carrier oil, a butter or a warm drink. It will not dissolve properly in water on its own because cannabidiol is fat-soluble. A small kitchen scale that reads to a hundredth of a gram is genuinely useful here.

Does CBD isolate taste of anything?

No, and that is the point of it. Refinement removes the terpenes that give full spectrum extract its green, bitter character. If you have avoided CBD because of how hemp tastes, this is the version that solves it.

Is isolate stronger than full spectrum oil?

It is purer, which is not the same thing. A gram of isolate contains far more cannabidiol than a gram of oil, but the oil also contains minor cannabinoids and terpenes that isolate does not. Purity and completeness are different qualities and people value them differently.

Not All CBD Isolate Is Created Equal

Isolate is the most anonymous product in the CBD market. Once a crystal is 99% pure it looks the same whoever made it, which is exactly why so much of it is bought in from a broker with a certificate attached and no traceable history. Ours starts as our own hemp, grown on our own ground, harvested from a crop we planted. That is a longer and more expensive route to a white powder, and it is the only way to know what the plant sat in before it became one.

Avoiding THC Entirely

Refinement removes THC along with everything else, which is why people who are tested at work or in sport choose isolate. Our article on CBD and drug tests explains what a test actually looks for, and the THC-free CBD collection has the other options.

Making Your Own Oil or Balm

Isolate dissolves into a carrier oil or a warmed butter, so you set the strength yourself. Read what is CBD isolate for the properties before you start.

Food and Drink

No hemp taste means it disappears into coffee, smoothies and baking in a way full spectrum extract never does.

Precise Amounts

At 99% purity the weight on the scale is very close to the CBD content, which is the cleanest maths available anywhere in the range.

If you want as much of the plant as possible rather than as little, the full spectrum oils are the other end of the same decision.
