Endoca capsules hold the same extract as our oils, sealed in a softgel so there is nothing to measure and nothing to taste. Raw CBD plus CBDa or heat-activated CBD, from 10mg to 200mg a capsule, with the content printed on the pack and tested every batch.
A capsule is worth exactly what somebody put inside it, and a great deal of what sits on this shelf across the market is bought-in isolate powder that never saw a field. Ours are filled with the CO2 extract we make from our own crop. The extract comes first and the capsule is built around it, which is the reverse of how most of this category is produced.
Filling to a consistent number is harder than it sounds. An oil can vary slightly between drops and nobody notices, but a capsule is a fixed promise, so the fill has to land on the same figure every time. Production runs under GMP conditions with fill weights checked through the run, and each batch goes to an independent laboratory before release.
The appeal of a capsule is that it turns CBD into a decision you make once rather than every morning. No dropper, no taste, no arithmetic, which counts for a lot if you take it at work or while travelling. What you give up is adjustment. You cannot halve a capsule, and with the Food Standards Agency advising healthy adults to keep to 10mg of CBD a day, the difference between a 10mg capsule and a 200mg one is not a detail. Read the number on the pack before you choose.

A CBD capsule is hemp extract sealed inside a softgel shell at a fixed amount. Swallow one and it goes through the digestive system, where the extract is absorbed and passes through the liver before reaching general circulation. The material inside is the same as an oil. What changes is the delivery, and with it the convenience.
Ours are filled with CO2 extract from our own hemp, held as an oil inside the shell rather than dried into a powder. Cannabinoids sit naturally in fat and awkwardly in a dry powder, so keeping the fill as an oil also keeps the terpenes and minor cannabinoids where extraction left them. Raw capsules skip decarboxylation, so CBDa is still present. Heat-activated capsules have been through it.
The practical difference between a capsule and an oil is timing and adjustment. Anything swallowed has to be digested first, so a capsule works on the timeline of your gut rather than instantly. In exchange you get a repeatable amount with nothing to measure. Neither format is better. They suit different people, and plenty of people keep both.
Capsules get chosen for the routine rather than the moment. They are what people move to once CBD has become a fixed part of the day and they would rather stop thinking about it.
The range runs from 10mg to 200mg in a single capsule, which is a wide spread. Where you land on it should follow from what you already take, not from what looks like better value.
If CBD is new to you, we would suggest starting with an oil so you can find your own level first, then moving across once you know what it is.
Hemp extract sealed in a softgel at a fixed amount per capsule. Endoca fills them with the CO2 extract that goes into our oils, from hemp we grow ourselves. The UK range runs from 10mg to 200mg a capsule, in raw and heat-activated versions.
In ordinary use people say tablets, pills, softgels and capsules interchangeably. Strictly, a tablet is compressed powder and a softgel holds a liquid fill. Everything here is a softgel with an oil fill, which is why we call them capsules.
Anything swallowed has to be digested before it is absorbed, so a capsule follows the timeline of your digestive system rather than acting immediately. That shifts with what you have eaten and when. People wanting something quicker tend to hold oil under the tongue instead.
The one whose number you are comfortable with. The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults not to exceed 10mg of CBD a day, our 10mg capsule matches that figure exactly, and the stronger capsules in the range sit well above it. The choice is yours to make with that in front of you.
Yes, and many people prefer to. Because cannabinoids dissolve into fat, plenty of people time a capsule to a meal that contains some. There is nothing to avoid, and the capsule already contains hemp seed oil.
Anything absorbed through the gut travels to the liver before reaching the rest of the body, and the liver processes part of it on the way through. That is first-pass metabolism, and it is why a swallowed capsule behaves differently from oil held under the tongue, which partly bypasses the route.
Cannabinoids dissolve into fat and resist water, so an oil carries them naturally. Keeping the fill as an oil also avoids a drying step, which is where terpenes and minor cannabinoids tend to be lost.
It pulls cannabinoids and terpenes out using pressure and temperature rather than a chemical solvent, so there is no residue to strip out afterwards. The extraction guide on this site puts CO2 next to the ethanol and olive oil methods.
Yes. The independent reports cover the full cannabinoid profile alongside contaminant screening. Hemp lifts heavy metals out of soil, so testing the finished product rather than only the raw crop is the part that actually protects the person taking it.
They are sold widely here, and the position underneath is layered. CBD food supplements fall under novel food rules run by the Food Standards Agency, no CBD novel food has yet been authorised in Great Britain, and separate rules govern how much controlled cannabinoid a product may contain.
It records CBD food products tied to novel food applications that the FSA has validated. The agency is careful to say that appearing on it proves only that somebody applied, not that anything was approved, and that it endorses no CBD food product either way.
A drug test looks for THC metabolites, not for cannabidiol. Full spectrum products contain trace amounts of other cannabinoids, so a positive result cannot be ruled out, particularly with frequent use of the stronger capsules. If you are tested at work, read the batch certificate first.
FSA advice is that CBD is not for under 18s, for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or trying for a baby, for anyone on medication, or for anyone immunosuppressed. That is a conversation for a doctor rather than a shop.
Counts differ across the range and each product page states its own. The larger counts work out cheaper per capsule and save reordering, which is the usual reason people move up to them once they have settled on a strength.
Yes, at a lower price than ordering each time. Set the interval to match your pack size and change or stop it yourself whenever you like.
Somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, the same as the oils. The shell shields the fill from light better than a bottle does, which makes capsules the easier format to travel with.
The outer packaging carries no branding and nothing describing the contents. That is standard on every order, and it is why a fair number of customers have them delivered to a workplace.
