At Endoca, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it, and you will receive a full refund for the product price. Please carefully inspect your products upon delivery to ensure they have not been damaged during the shipping process.

A refund for your products will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned product. To initiate a return, send an email to info@endoca.com with details about why you are requesting a refund, including your order number in the subject line or body of your email. Once we receive your product, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email or phone from Endoca’s customer service team.

To ensure fairness for all customers, we have set a limit on the number of times you may return Endoca products for a refund, capped at a total of two (2) returns unless otherwise approved by management in special circumstances. We kindly ask that you choose your products carefully, or if you are unsure, contact us through one of our support channels so we can help you find the right product for your needs before purchasing.
