Hemp for sale – how hemp keeps us healthy
Bama Yao may not be a place you’ve ever heard of, but this quiet area in China is home to some of the world’s most long-lived people. For a small place, it has more than its share of centenarians. How do their diets differ from anyone else?

An age-old superfood
When man first domesticated plants, the most useful species that had previously been gathered in the wild were chosen as crops. After all, if you can grow the plants, you no longer need to go out looking for them and possibly draw a blank.
Hemp was among the first of the plants to be domesticated. It was enormously useful. The fiber could be used to make strong ropes or string, and the oil-rich seeds helped to stem hunger pangs. It’s also entirely possible that hemp was used medicinally. The first recorded use of hemp as a medicine comes from China.
The long-lived people in Bama Yao have one thing in common: they eat hemp seed – quite a lot of it. Could this be the secret of their longevity? It’s entirely possible!
Why is hemp so healthy?
Hemp seeds contain a concentrated source of complete proteins.
Among these are globular proteins that regulate the immune system.
Hemp has an ideal balance of Omega 3’s and 6’s helping with immune response, regulation of mood, cardiovascular health, neurological health and more.
Although hemp oil contains fats, these are healthy, polyunsaturated fats or EFAs
Hemp is rich in flavonoids and antioxidants, including Vitamin E
Oil from hemp seeds is rich in chlorophyll
Hemp seeds contain non-psychoactive cannabinoids that are believed to have healing properties.
Hemp contains essential minerals.
Hemp for sale: but how do you eat it?
You can’t just chow down on the whole plant, but traditionally hemp seeds were eaten. You can include them in your diet by grinding them up and using them as butter, sprinkling them over salads and cereals, or using a culinary hemp oil as a dressing for foods after they have been cooked.
But if you want a concentrated health kick from hemp, you either have to make them a very important ingredient in your diet or find a more concentrated form. Using hemp as a supplement to ward off inflammatory diseases (that’s to say just about everything that can kill us) can be done by using a well-formulated natural extract in the form of capsules or oils.
Finding the right hemp supplement to keep you healthy
When buying hemp oil supplements – or any other supplement for that matter – it’s important to know that it was made by a reputable company and not a scammer. As soon as a new health fad arrives on the horizon, there are plenty of people who will try to pass off any old thing as the real McCoy, or even just take your money and send you nothing.
Unfortunately, the health supplements market in the US is poorly regulated, with the FDA often issuing warnings about supplements, but still not requiring any specific quality controls. As long as nobody claims they have a ‘cure’, the FDA doesn’t intervene. And if they do, it’s a matter of staying under the radar, which is easy to do online.
If you want to use hemp oil as a supplement in a concentrated form (so that you don’t have to eat masses of it to get the benefits) you should look for hemp for sale from a respected company in the EU, where certifications such as GMP are available for the producers of health supplement products.
