2. What are the CBD benefits?
While we can’t make any medical claims about CBD, we can tell you that studies show it to be anti-inflammatory, can reduce anxiety, and trials are currently underway to investigate its effect on children with rare types of epilepsy.

Yes CBD does come from the cannabis plant, cannabis sativa to be precise. But as the plants it is taken from have less than 0.2% THC, it is legally known as industrial hemp.

No, they are very different. CBD oil comes from the, leaves and stalk, whereas hemp seed oil is extracted from the seeds. Hemp seed oil contains only trace levels of plant cannabinoids.
5. Is CBD oil the same as cannabis oil?
CBD oil is a type of cannabis oil, but as it doesn’t contain any THC, we could call it high strength CBD cannabis oil.
6. How is CBD extracted from the cannabis plant?
Endoca uses a supercritical CO2 extraction method, using C02 from the air we breathe to gently extract the active ingredients from the plant material, leaving all the cannabinoids and terpenes intact, without the use of harmful solvents or chemicals.
7. What’s the difference between Endoca Raw Hemp Oil and CBD oil?
The main difference between Raw hemp Oil and CBD oil is that CBD oil has been heated. When in its natural state, the cannabis or hemp plant contains the acidic precursor of CBD, called CBDa and hardly any CBD. So in effect our Raw oil, which hasn’t been heated, is as near as possible to the cannabis plant in its natural state, containing the full spectrum of active ingredients.
8. Which CBD oil product should I choose?
There are several things you need to consider when choosing a CBD oil product. Strength – we offer products with CBD levels from 3% – 30%, whether you prefer heated hemp oil (only CBD) or raw hemp oil (CBD+CBDa), and which delivery method to choose. We offer drops, CBD capsules, extract, suppositories, crystals and CBD skincare. Different people have different preferences, but as a rule we recommend the drops as they allow for better absorption in the body.
9. How much CBD should I take?
There is no hard and fast rule about how much CBD to take, but it’s best to start low and work up until you find your own personal ‘sweet spot’. This is called the up-titration method and involves gradually building up the dose until the effect levels off, at which point you should reduce the dose slightly.
10. How many times a day should I take CBD oil?
To start off we recommend three times daily: morning, afternoon and evening, and always on an empty stomach. It’s very important if taking the drops or extract to keep the cbd oil under your tongue for at least a minute before swallowing. This allows for a better rate of absorption.
11. Does CBD have any side effects?
Some people find taking CBD can make them feel drowsy, while others find it can make them feel more alert, but generally there are no side effects reported from taking CBD.
12. How do I know how much CBD is in my CBD oil product?
At Endoca we pride ourselves on controlling the whole process from seed to shelf. Our CBD comes from organic hemp, we have Good Manufacturing Practice Certification (GMP), and are third party lab tested. You can find these quality tests results on our website under the quality control section, where you will be able to see how much CBD is in your product.
13. Is CBD legal?
