From the 4th – 6th of October over 36,000 pharmaceutical industry professionals from 150 countries have been descending upon Barcelona to attend the CPhI worldwide exhibition, the biggest of its kind in the world.
For the second year running Endoca is exhibiting at CPhI, who in their innovation gallery have named Endoca one of the ‘most exciting pharmaceutical manufacturers taking part in this year’s show’.
This year Endoca is presenting several new products, namely their range of 99% CBG, CBN and CBD crystals and suppositories made from CBG.
For many years Endoca has been known for its high quality CBD products, but this is the first time they are presenting a line of products made from other cannabinoids like CBG and CBN.
CBG (Cannabigerol) may be of benefit in the treatment of glaucoma, inflammatory bowel disease and decrease anxiety and muscle tension, while CBN’s (Cannabinol) benefits may include: pain relief, anti-insomnia, promotion of bone growth, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-convulsive and appetite stimulus.
Endoca is also presenting its new line of hemp based cosmetics including hemp salve, hemp oil and hemp whipped body butter, all containing natural, active botanical ingredients that are so pure you can eat them.
According to Martin Vangkilde, Endoca Head of Research and Development, ‘It’s vital that Endoca has a presence at fairs like CPhI as we believe in the importance of making connections in the pharmaceutical industry’.
For anyone unfamiliar with products made from cannabinoids like Cannabidiol, Endoca has been offering the opportunity for attendees to try out the 99% crystals directly using a vaporizer.
Martin continues, ‘one woman didn’t believe that the products could have such a beneficial effect, so I offered the chance to try them out. Beforehand she was feeling tense with muscle pain. Afterwards she felt totally relaxed. In the end she said “Ok, I believe you now”’.
