When we think of those around us who might be in need, it is never those who seem strongest that we suspect.
Gergely, a research scientist and psychologist found this to be just the case, though not in the way he thought. While his professional life revolved around helping others overcome their own personal trials, he had a shock when he recognized that he himself was struggling with what was to be one of the most trying periods of his life.
For five years Gergely dealt with clinical anxiety and depression. He was on a host of pharmaceutical drugs that were meant to combat the intense chemical imbalance in his brain, but it would seem they just weren’t enough.
It took three years of switching between antidepressants; Prozac, Valdoxan, Xanax and Ativan, when he realized he had become something other than himself. He remembers, “I thought I would never be myself. I even forgot who I was… It was like I was living in a grey world, no emotions could get to me… And this world only seemed to have one way out…”
But it Wasn’t Always This Way
Gergely was passionate about travelling, experiencing and sharing. He had a wonderful partner, a new baby boy as well as a career that provided him with community, healing and immense satisfaction; the devastation of stress and anxiety was not something he could easily navigate.
It was slow. Bit by bit creeping up on him until eventually, the clawing unease was too persistent to ignore. Both professionally and personally, Gergely knew he was losing his hold on who he was. He was painfully aware that if he continued this way, he would be squashed under the thumb of an unerring anxiety that would inevitably unravel his life’s contentment.
But battling mental illness doesn’t always afford you the courage to make a stand when it is needed. Little by little he became unrecognizable to himself. His vitality and innate charm began to crack and the more he felt it happen, the more his foundations crumbled beneath him.

“What happened?” He asks. “Bad relationships, bad food, booze, pollution, bad investments. Stress? Enough stress, or distress for a whole country… So I managed to lose everything I'd built up since my early twenties.”
And it wasn’t just the anxiety and depression, but also the nightmarish migraines and the sleepless nights, that made Gergely rely so heavily on pharmaceutical medications. He attests to depression being the instigator for bad decision making.
“It was very easy to make wrong decisions, and pull myself down more, taking more pills, making even worse decisions, or not making any at all.”
So when Gergely decided he’d had enough, he wasn’t thinking about his young family who had just begun on their new life together. Nor was he thinking of his mother, who had witnessed Gergely’s decline for years, extending as much of herself to him as she could to help him out of the mire. He wasn’t thinking at all. He couldn’t he says, due to the incapacitating qualities of the pharmaceutical drugs he was ingesting day after day.
“The loss of my cognitive functions was the worst part. [I] forgot literally everything. Sleeping pills, antidepressants, anti-anxiety stuff... it almost killed me... and I almost killed myself.”
It was after this suicide attempt two years ago that Gergely snapped out of his fog long enough to recognize he wasn’t ready to leave it all behind. He held onto a hope that he could come back from all of this. Come back to his friends, family and most importantly to himself.
After another few bad days, when all Gergely could think of was dying, he decided to try something he had only just heard about. He wanted to not only stop taking pharmaceutical medication but become himself again and he felt this was his last effort to do so. “Or,” he says “I die… because it wasn't possible to live like that, with insomnia, heart problems, respiratory system problems, liver [problems], cognitive dysfunctions. All of it.”
With a bit of healthy scepticism, Gergely ordered the 15% CBD Hemp Oil from Endoca, trusting the company in its adherence to high production standards, and quality unparalleled within the industry. That first day using the CBD oil was all he needed to obliterate any scepticism he held before.
“After using it once, I was amazed. I couldn't believe it… I just became relaxed. Happy with my life. After 3 days. Still amazed, and I believed. I found what I was looking for, that can repair me. So I could take my life back from the monster that took and swallowed my soul.”
Just two weeks of using CBD, and Gergely was able to relinquish his use of pharmaceutical drugs. Recognizing now that he was “definitely an addict,” but after two weeks he says, “I was me again.”
“Thanks to this product I wake up as a living, happy person. I walk my dogs, I spend time happily with my family. I am leaving the bad things behind. I wouldn't call this oil a ‘product’. My experience might sound like I am ‘over-praising’ it. But it is true. It changes your ways of thinking, your life. It restores your health, heals wounds, skin, and [your] soul; repairs your whole body.”
When Gergely thinks of how far he has come in the last two weeks he can’t believe it. Having come from years of unbearable oppressiveness to then being able to experience this new lightness and vitality, he thanks CBD for giving him what he needed to come back to himself.
Gergely didn’t use the dosing guide, and so within the first 3 weeks, he had already used up his bottle. It was after this first bottle that Gergely wrote to us in order to share his unique and inspiring story with us. Now he takes 3 drops of the 15% CBD Hemp Oil, three times a day in conjunction with Endoca’s CBD Hemp Oil Extract, which he says is the winning combination for what his mind, body and soul needs.
“After 3 weeks… I could put together my thoughts to write here and say thank you to all the guys at Endoca for saving my life. I can now sleep, eat, smile, walk in the sun, work, learn, and be the person I used to be. The guy who is cheerful, who loves the world, and to live. Thank you for helping me take back my life Endoca. And for those who are out there with the same thing that I had. The oil helps. Get it. Get UP.”
