Published on:11/9/18On the run-up to Thanksgiving, recipe ideas for many of us will us left scratching our heads as to what to prepare for the holiday hoards that will descend upon us.
Thanksgiving and pumpkins go hand in hand, so if you're still wondering where to start, why not try a quick and easy to make pumpkin dip infused with CBD, that will keep your guests calm and satisfied before the main event.
Pumpkin Dip - vegan, no added sugar, gluten-free
A selection of our products
1 small pumpkin
1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 sprig of rosemary
1/2 cup cooked chickpea, optional
1/4 cup non-dairy parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
9 drops 15% CBD oil
Halve the washed pumpkin and remove the seeds. Place on a baking tray and garnish with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt/pepper to taste. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Once done remove the flesh and add to a food processor. Add the roasted garlic and process until smooth (you can help the process by adding 2 tbsp of oil). Then add the cheese, CBD oil and pulse to combine. Serve with crackers or Halloween inspired sausage rolls.
