What are Raw Vitamins?
Vitamins are essential nutrients the body needs to function normally. Humans have evolved to successfully absorb vitamins within whole foods and utilized them for our needs. However in recent years, our food has become more and more processed, sprayed with chemicals, and genetically modified.

Raw vitamins refer to vitamin supplements that have been extracted from whole foods. These can be found as a liquid, pressed pill, tablet and as a powder. Vitamins help to supplement during times of natural restrictions or help boost the immune system in times of illness, or stress.
Synthetic vitamins though, are vitamins which have been created in labs. And though they are almost identical to their natural counterparts, they do not compare. Why? Let’s look at the ways in which raw vitamins outshine their synthetic competitors.

Researchers believe the raw vitamin benefits of vitamin C may actually be due to the combined action of vitamin C and bioflavonoids. Almost any food containing vitamin C is said to also contain bioflavonoids. This – unless specifically added to synthetic vitamins – only nature can provide.
